We do not clean any curtains/fabric blinds/etc. We guarantee the removal of dust & dirt on venetian blinds only. Therefore if this specialised service is required we can organise a professional to undertake this at an additional cost.
We are able to remove dirt marks, however, we may not be able to remove all marks such as textas, pens, deep scuffs, blue tack residue, gauges etc. We are unable to clean ceilings apart from removing dust & cobwebs.
Will not be removed when cleaning unless otherwise organised with all parties involved. We do not clean the exterior of the house, only the windows.
The carpet/upholstery will be inspected before cleaning. SCBC cannot guarantee that all stains will be removed upon cleaning. Stains derived from bleaching agents, acids and permanent dyes may be permanent and cannot be removed with any treatment. SCBC and the carpet cleaner, do not guarantee stain removal for permanent stains. SCBC cannot be responsible for any pre-existing condition that is none apparent upon visual inspection of the premises. These include but are not limited to: fugitive dyes not properly set in manufacture or re-dying, lounge suites that have water or solvent soluble coloured backing material, carpet that has been over stretched during laying or suffers de-lamination, carpet that has sun damage and markers used on carpet or fabric backing or padding. SCBC will only warrant claims with respect to workmanship of the services provided if it is reported within 5 days of completion of the work or in the event of a complaint the customer undertakes to give SCBC the opportunity to rectify all work.
If fleas are present you will incur a $55 additional charge as it can take up to 2 to 3 treatments to rid the property of fleas.
Occasionally we come across shower screens with water stain damage and we are unable to remove the stains so we are unable to guarantee our work on these type of shower screens
If the property in question is left in an unsatisfactory state upon arrival, further charges may occur.
5 day guarantee, if we get called back after 5 days a charge will occur.
