Your Bond Clean - Please Read!

YOUR BOND CLEAN SERVICE, IF YOU ARE GOING

TO READ SOMETHING, READ THIS!

What we can clean:   We clean most of the surfaces in your premises.

What we do not clean:  Ceilings, things we can’t access or reach, things that we think are dangerous and things that are fragile, perishable or will break easily.

What is considered not standard, and you must tell us about before we arrive:

DIRTY WALLS; do you have children, pets or ‘like to party’? Chances are, your walls will be dirtier than you think, LOOK CLOSELY all around! If we find more than a few spots or smears here and there, you will be required to pay extra if you want us to guarantee our cleaning service.

DIRTY OVENS & COOKTOPS; if you are a pork crackling lover and there is lots of baked on burnt bits or oil splatter, you will be required to pay extra if you want us to guarantee our cleaning service.

LOUVERS, SHUTTERS, BLINDS, CURTAINS; are great for airflow or stopping your neighbours’ prying eyes, but they take extra time to clean so you will be required to pay extra if you want us to guarantee our cleaning service.

Anything else; that is in our T&C’s, Optional Extras and Exclusions lists that is relevant to your premises.

When to be contactable?  Be contactable 24 hours prior to the day of the clean, so we can call you with any updates.  On the day be ready to take a phone call at the start time of the service, so we can tell you if there are things we can’t do or if you need to pay for any extras that you may have missed! If you are not contactable, we may charge you cancellation fees.

What happens if:

You are late, do not show up, or we cannot get into the premise.  We may choose to leave and charge you a cancellation fee, or you will be charged extra time for the delay! So be on time and have the   correct keys!

There is no power or running hot water at the premise.  Make sure there is power and hot water available, or we cannot service your premises and charge will charge you a cancellation fee!

There is belongings or furniture at the premise that was not noted to us before entry.  We may choose to leave and charge you a cancellation fee, or you will be charged extra for the time to move items! So, get rid of ALL your stuff!

We get there and the premise is different to your description or is dirtier than considered normal.  We will call you and explain any extra time and fees that are required to cover our time for further cleaning. We will collect the extra payment before we start cleaning.

You cannot pay.  We require payment in full before we start cleaning. If payment is not received we will not start. We may choose to leave and charge you a cancellation fee, or you will be charged extra time for the delay!

You do not agree to pay the required extra fees. The extra fees cover our time to bring your premise up to what the Managing Agents consider to be a ‘clean standard’. We can continue to clean without the extra fees paid, but we will not clean the issue items. This means your premise will not be cleaned to the standard expected, so we cannot guarantee your bond returned based on our cleaning service. Boom. Your choice…!

If you want to cancel your service.  You will not get your booking fee refunded, and you may be charged further cancellations fees.
